Program Rules Annual membership fee is $20. Memberships can be purchased at any Chapters, Indigo, Coles, SmithBooks, and The Book Company stores or online at chapters.indigo.ca. The annual fee for Seniors and Teachers is $10; these discounted memberships cannot be purchased online at this time. Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change. Membership is valid in Chapters, Indigo, Coles, SmithBooks, and The Book Company stores and online at chapters.indigo.ca, and is not transferable. 1.5 iREWARDS Points are earned for every dollar spent, exclusive of applicable taxes, membership fee, Gift Certificate purchases, beer and wine purchases from Indigo Café, and sale items. Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value. For every 300 points earned, a $5 iREWARDS Voucher will automatically be sent to you via mail or email to the address you provide. iREWARDS Vouchers received through the mail may be used to purchase any merchandise, excluding beer and wine, in any of our stores. iREWARDS Vouchers received electronically via email can be used to purchase any merchandise, online at chapters.indigo.ca. 10% savings on regularly priced books, Bazaar/Bargain books and audio books. The iREWARDS discount cannot be used in conjunction with Special Price Promotions. iREWARDS members will enjoy the greater of the two discounts. You will receive notification of expiry approximately four weeks prior to your account's expiry date. You must pay the annual membership fee prior to your expiry date (the last day of the month in which your membership expires) in order to continue receiving membership benefits and to carryover your point balance. All membership information will be used solely by Indigo Books & Music Inc. and will not be sold or rented to any other organization. Full name, address, telephone number and email address must be accurately entered on the iREWARDS enrollment form to receive earned Rewards, promotional updates and renewal update.
